What data we collect

When you use NativeCV, we process the answers you type into the question flow (your experience, skills, education, target job and similar) so we can generate your CV and cover letter. Payment is handled entirely by Paddle; we receive a confirmation that payment succeeded, plus the metadata needed to generate the document you paid for.

What we don't store

We don't run user accounts and we don't keep a database of your personal information. Your generated CV and cover letter exist only for your session — once you close the browser, the working data is gone. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers.

Payments and Paddle

All payments are processed by Paddle. Your card details are entered on Paddle's secure systems and never touch our servers — we never see or store your card number. Paddle may collect your email to send a payment receipt. Paddle's handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policy.

Session data

The answers you provide are temporarily attached to your payment session so we can generate your documents after checkout. This data is cleared when your browser session ends. We keep your documents only long enough to deliver them to you.

Your rights (GDPR)

We aim to be GDPR compliant. Because we don't maintain accounts or a personal-data database, there is generally no stored profile to access, correct, or delete. If you believe we hold any data about you and want it removed, email us and we'll act on it promptly.
